The Spring 2019 session begins Monday April 8 and ends
Wednesday June 26.
The studio will be closed:
April 19 - Good Friday
May 20 - Victoria Day
ALL CLASSES RUN ON A CLASS PASS
(5 or 10 class) FOR PAYMENT.
PAYMENT FOR CLASS PASSES IS CASH OR CHEQUE. PASSES CAN BE PURCHASED NOW.
EACH WEEK YOU CAN SECURE YOUR SPOT IN CLASS BY TEXTING, EMAILING OR PHONING THE STUDIO WITH YOUR INTENTION.
24 HR CANCELLATION NOTICE IS REQUIRED. Otherwise, a class payment will be taken off your class pass.

- CLASS PASSES ARE AVAILABLE NOW
SAVE 10% ON YOUR CLASSES:
- If you refer a new client who registers for a service or class at the studio
- You can start anytime in a session.
- If you need to cancel a booking for a group class, 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
- If you miss a private class and give 24 hr advanced notice of cancellation, you may re book another time slot.
- Due to serious accident or extended illness, with a doctor's note, you can put your unused classes on hold for a latter date when you are ready to resume your fitness activities.
