Private sessions vary in length to accommodate one on one time or small group instruction. Private sessions are ideal for those new to fitness, for clients who like to work at their own pace or would like to master a particular exercise, for clients with special needs or those returning from physiotherapy or simply for those individuals who need a special time slot due to work commitments.

Yoga with Gabrielle - All Levels (75 min)
A Hatha/vinyasa yoga class where each asana flows with the breath. Breath work, mantras, mudras and meditation round out the class. Let your stress go. Restore and rejuvenate. Modifications for all levels presented in each asana.
Pilates Mat (60 min) All Levels
Build your classical mat foundations each week to lengthen and tone your muscles and improve your core and back muscles. Progress from mat only, to mat with small equipment and to mat exercises with the wall tower.
Forever Fit (50 min)
A gentle exercise class beginning with light cardio, followed by upper and lower body exercises and finishing with a cooldown on the mat. A variety of small and large equipment is used to keep things fresh and interesting.
Dynamic Flow & Sculpt
Rev up your engines!! This class weaves together yoga and Pilates exercises in a dynamic flow of movement to contemporary music.
