Class Descriptions

Private sessions vary in length to accommodate one on one time or small group instruction. Private sessions are ideal for those new to fitness, for clients who like to work at their own pace or would like to master a particular exercise, for clients with special needs or those returning from physiotherapy or simply for those individuals who need a special time slot due to work commitments.

 Yoga with Gabrielle - All Levels  (75 min)
A Hatha/vinyasa  yoga class where each asana flows with the breath. Breath work, mantras, mudras and meditation round out the class. Let your stress go. Restore and rejuvenate. Modifications for all levels presented in each asana.

Pilates Mat  (60 min) All Levels
Build your classical mat foundations each week to lengthen and tone your muscles and improve your core and back muscles. Progress from mat only, to mat with small equipment and to mat exercises with the wall tower.

Group Reformer (60 min) All Levels
Improve your core, your posture, balance your muscle groups on the reformer. Work at your own level with guided instruction selecting an appropriate version of each exercise. Warm up and cool down begin and end the class.

Group Reformer with Small Equipment (60 min) All Levels
Compound exercises are the focus on the reformer sequences from large muscles down to smaller muscles. Hand weights, stretch bands, small and large balls and more are included to effectively sculpt the upper and lower body at the same time and burn more calories!

Forever Fit (50 min)
A gentle exercise class beginning with light cardio, followed by upper and lower body exercises and finishing with a cool down on the mat. A variety of small and large equipment is used to keep things fresh and interesting.

Body Sculpt
Warm up with cardio and get ready to sweat. Follow up with lower body compound exercises using a series of free weights in an ascending and descending mode. Continue with upper body exercises in the same manner and pump those muscles up! Stretch it out with the mat cool down. Get ready to conquer the bosu, the step, the large ball. Each week a new routine. Clean indoor runners are required for this class.
