Private Yoga Session
A private session is 60 minutes tailored to the client's specific needs, goals and ability level.
It is an opportunity to progress at your own speed, to learn new asanas, and to experience the therapeutic effects of yoga for those clients with chronic stress and physical challenges.
A private yoga session is ideal for the beginner to familiarize themselves with the foundations of yoga before starting a group class.
Studio Group Sessions

In a full equipped yoga studio, small group yoga instruction with a maximum of 6 people is  available. Check the 'Schedule' page for more information.
